All our dentists adhere to the rules governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) "Standards for Dental Professionals".

Our friendly, professional staff are always happy to help in any way that they can.

Stuart Brown B.D.S.

Stuart is the practice principal and owner, with over 30 years experience in dentistry. He mainly concentrates on private treatment and is interested in cosmetic dentistry.

His main hobby is photography, which can be seen on the surgery walls.

Liz Brown - Practice Manager

Liz has been practice manager since the practice opened 18 years ago. Married to the 'boss' Stuart Brown, they have 3 daughters.

Her main responsibilities are ensuring the smooth running of the practice, from staffing to patient comforts, keeping up to date with dental policies, and generally making sure the surgery runs efficiently.

 

Mr Qasim Mahmood B.D.S.

Qasim qualified at the University of Manchester in June 2002. He enjoys Advanced Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and continues to be amazed at the positive change that dentistry can bring to peoples lives. He aims to achieve the best possible outcomes and proficiency in his work and is always seeking areas of personal improvement.

As a young practitioner, keen to keep abreast of new developments, he regularly attends further training courses so that he can always offer the most up to date evidence based treatment options to his patients.

Jonathan Lucke

Jonathan graduated from Manchester Dental School in 2005. He works primarily with NHS patients providing routine care as well as a more extensive oral rehabilitation. He is particularly interested in prosthodontic and advanced restorative solutions, including minimally invasive cosmetic cosmetic-dentistry.

Jonathan persues postgraduate education with enthusiasm, allowing him to provide the most recent advances in dentistry tailored to the individual patient.

Cao Tran

Cao Tran ( pronounced Gao) originally from Vietnam graduated from Marburg University, Germany in 2003.

He came to Wales in 2006 and has worked in two local practices.He enjoys all aspects of dentistry especially restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

In his spare time he likes music and plays the guitar

Mark Entwistle

Mark qualified at Liverpool University in 1995, did his Vocational Training at Queensferry before returning to his home town of Bolton, then onto London. Mark is looking forward to returning to his dental roots at the practice. His main interest is restorative dentistry but enjoys the variety a general dental practitioner brings. He likes to build a good relationship with his patients and enjoys treating families.

He has travelled widely and plays a litle classical guitar as well as playing football ,cricket and tennis in his time. For his sins he supports Bolton Wanderers!

Mark spends the majority of his time away from the surgery with his wife and 2 young children.

Nicky Lussey - Hygienist

Nicky qualified in Liverpool University in 1996, she originally worked in the practice for two years before leaving to have a family.

She has returned to us after 7 years . She is available on a sessional basis for scaling and polishing your teeth.
